You will receive a few communications from us letting you know your trial will be coming to an end and also, you will be contacted by an account manager, so they will also know when your trial end date is.

Can I get an extension on my trial?

During the trial period an account manager will contact you to make sure everything is ok with the trial and this can be discussed with them.

 

What will happen with my data once my trial ends?

After the trial period if you have decided Flo is for you, we will arrange for a contract to be signed. This can happen earlier if you so wish and your service can continue with no issue, there will be no interruption to your inputted data.
