Designed to simplify and automate the management of a candidate’s holiday pay, the module tracks all holiday pay qualifying hours worked, calculates the average daily qualifying pay, and provides the key numbers for accrued pay and days for the current holiday year. Holiday requests have built-in checks, and the reporting suite provides the latest updates on holiday pay balances for all candidates, pending requests, and approved holiday pay releases.

You won’t be charged before your trial ends, but after this period and on the next 15th day of the month, a charge of £45 will be deducted from the sign up account via direct debit. Yes, you will be redirected to a secure platform called Go Cardless to submit your account details, but rest assured you won’t be charged at any point during the 30 day trial.


Will I be charged during the trial period?

No, you will not be charged at any point during the trial. A monthly charge will only be incurred if the trial period has ceased and you haven't cancelled your trial with us, wishing to continue with the benefits of our software.


When does my free trial start?

Once you have submitted the initial form plus the Go Cardless form (that you are redirected to), we will promptly set up your trial software instance.


Is WorkFlo Software easy to use?

Yes, our software is easy to navigate and you have help guides to access at each stage within the platform, plus video guides to access if you need to focus on specific areas. How do I know when my trial is ending?

You will receive a few communications from us letting you know your trial will be coming to an end and also, you will be contacted by an account manager, so they will also know when your trial end date is.


My free trial is coming to an end and I’m not ready to commit to WorkFlo Software yet, how do I cancel?

You can cancel the trial at any time with us, just call us on 01827 438065 or drop us a line on info@flo.co.uk.


Can I get an extension on my trial?

During the trial period an account manager will contact you to make sure everything is ok with the trial and this can be discussed with them.


What will happen with my data once my trial ends?

As long as your payments commence after the trial period and continue with no issue, there will be no interruption to your inputted data.
